About Robin Frkal, Ph.D.

With 30 years of experience in business education and management, I am passionate about helping professionals advance their careers and achieve their best potential. As the Dean of The Graduate School at Nichols College, I oversee the development, administration, and delivery of high-quality and innovative graduate programs that combine theory, practice, and reflection.My mission is to provide students with transformational learning experiences that foster their intellectual, personal, and professional growth. My research and teaching interests include women's leadership, remote work, and coaching, and I have published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals on these topics. I also hold a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
