Repsonsible for a merchandising territory of 21 Lowes, 8 Home Depots, and 5 Walmart stores for the products that Central manufactures and services as vendor partners. These brands include: Pennington seed and fertilizers, Sevin brands, Amdro brands, Ironite, Milorganite, Lily Miller, Espoma, New England Pottery, etc.

Responsible for all merchandising, assembly, hiring, training, company standards compliance, etc. for an area including all of NC, SC, and TN. Took completion of assigned tasks in my market from the low 70% range to 98+ % during my tenure. Conducted many district level seminars with our retail partners

Responsible for the daily operation of a district that included: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. These responsibilities included, but were not limited to: hiring, training, adherence to company guidelines, on-time completion of assigned projects, and the development of employees to insure their maximum effort.

I was the owner of a small commercial cleaning company that specialized in floor maintenance, janitorial services, pressure washing, etc. Clients included: Office Depot, Office Max, Eckerd Drug, CompUSA, and various local building contactors. Responsible for all aspects of running a small business with annual revenue in excess of $300,000.

Responsibilities included staffing and training of both Management and Hourly employees (up to 150 per location), working with General Contractors to insure on-time completion, budgeting and P & L statements, inventory control, vendor relation, community involvement, etc. During my tenure we opened 6 new stores
