First and foremost, I am a builder and problem solver. My attitude towards a challenge is to roll up the sleeves and 'move'. That mentality allows me to establish direction and be a calculated and confident decision-maker with the ability to make and stand by tough decisions. My experience is that people find that refreshing and it empowers them to move with me toward bringing collaborative and impactful forward motion. The second defining quality I bring is what I refer to as a "Timer of the Gears". All parties involved must understand not only the purpose; but also, who does what, how to do it and when. Most initiatives will fall short or fail in this phase because the leader lacks the ability to stand up a strategy into an actionable, measurable and accountable plan that allows for the gear timing to continue to improve. Timing the gears brings clear roles, purpose, higher morale and collaboration. On paper, I am an experienced CPG professional in Sales Management, National Account Management and Category Management across large geographies. Award-winning, goal-driven, self-motivated, results-getter with a demonstrated track record of insight driven strategic plans, molded into vision and translated into clear actionable implementation (operational plans) and collaborative field execution. Experiences range from large corporation to start up environments.
