Combining my avocation (boating in Boston Harbor and various ports in the southeast) with my excellent writing and interviewing skills, I have become recognized as an influential voice in the boating industry.I operate a website that is a resource for both recreational boaters and the maritime industry. Created templates and interviewed Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to write, normalize, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the engineering department. Put together an active glossary combining all the terms and definitions found in each SOP. These documents were uploaded to Confluence system and used for training materials within the company.

Worked closely with the IT Team and Program Manager creating both templates and documents for a variety of projects. This included Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Vendor Synopsis, ATAM, and reports. All documentation was uploaded into SharePoint in .doc, .pdf and .xls
