Mr. Ingram has over 15 years of civil engineering experience in geotechnical, public works and transportation projects throughout Southern California. Mr. Ingram’s experiences include the design and analysis of a multi-span prestressed box girder bridge structure, bridge widening, independent checking of multiple single span prestressed bridges, C.I.P. retaining walls, temporary retention structures, developing project specifications, soil testing, grading observation and inspection, and project management. Prior to joining PacRim, he worked as an intern with the City of La Mesa Engineering Department, and with Christian Wheeler Engineering (San Diego) as a field Technician. Mr. Ingram is knowledgeable in various design standards and specifications including AASHTO LRFD design criterion, ACI, AISC, La County Metro Design Criteria, CALTRANS design manuals including Seismic Design Criteria, and the AFPA’s NDS for wood construction. Mr. Ingram has been involved in projects with agencies such as City of LA, LA County Metro, CALTRANS, and City of La Mesa
