With a varied career portfolio, I have acted as an entrepreneur, operating executive, investor, and advisor to a broad spectrum of private and public companies. These include Algolia, Aircall, Axel Springer, Bonial, Coralogix, Epsor, Frontify, Getaccept, HeyData, Hublo, Jobspotting, N26, Novos Labs, Planity, Platform.sh, Runtastic, Slush, SmartRecruiters, Stepstone, Welcome to the Jungle, Wo\men Inc, and Yubo.I served as a General Partner at Revaia, a growth equity fund in Paris. Before this, I was Senior Vice President of Global Operations at SmartRecruiters, where I was responsible for fundraising and managing several international GTM teams, including Sales and Communications.I came to SmartRecruiters through the acquisition of Jobspotting, a company I co-founded and where I acted as Co-CEO. At Jobspotting, we focused on developing an AI/ML technology for personalized job matching.Before my time at SmartRecruiters and Jobspotting, I was at Axel Springer, starting in the M&A team. I also co-founded their accelerator and led the first investment into N26.Earlier in my career, I worked in product management roles at several media companies. I hold an MBA from HMS and degrees in Politics, Theology, and History from the University of Salzburg. These academic accomplishments have allowed me to approach my professional career from a multi-faceted perspective.
