Providing broad strategic, operational, and financial leadership to the organization and acting as a partner to the CEO and Board of Directors in determining the overall strategy for the Company’s growth. Also responsible for and all related activities supporting the pipeline and research and development efforts. Partnering with external partners to help determine the appropriate value of the Company’s programs and working with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders to communicate these messages to determine the best strategy for the Company. Also responsible for customer support, and billing strategic and operational activities.

Development and implementation of Payer and Government affairs strategies. Writing and development of payer dossier. Interaction with payers for coverage and contracting for ChemoFX testing. Oversaw all billing and appeals processes. Provided financial reporting, and both sales and reimbursement analytics to finance and executive teams.

Built budget and expense models for corporate budgeting and forecasting. Assisted CFO in closing of Venture Capital round. Developed health economics model for ChemoFx.

Project manager for IPO, SPAC merger, and private Venture Capital financing round managing the due diligence process, assisting in the writing and editing of S-1 and S-4 for the SEC, and the development of road show messages and materials. Developed complex financial return models, assisted in corporate budgeting and forecasting.
