● Increased the school’s graduation rate from 90.3% to 96% in 4 years (the highest in the county).● Directly responsible for understanding and improving the graduation rate by actively recording/tracking extensive information for all withdraws and following up via email or phone to locate transfers.● Streamline documenting procedures; Track and assess 1,500+ annual student academic and classroom records in compliance with federal, state, and organizational privacy policies and FERPA.● Serve as a registration administrator and advisor to support day-to-day admin deliverables to support course registration and collect/ file/ pull student documents and information.● Complete degree audits for seniors and juniors who are not on track to graduate on time; Craft plans regarding schedules and coursework to enable success; Prioritize work based on student timelines/urgency. ● Maintain records, create data analysis dashboards, and develop reports on graduation rates, standardized testing scores, and students with disabilities; Present information to the Board of Education (BOE) and administration to inform resource allocation decisions and align on administration objectives.● Collaborate with administrators and counselors to proactively meet student academic needs and execute needs assessments for students by building rapport and leveraging administration evaluations.● Lead parent/teacher conferences; Conduct research, budget, and implement remedial programs including credit recovery and tutoring.● Responsible for the administration, support and training for the network-wide school-based operations for new hires on system functionality, data pulling, dashboard building, and reporting during the schoolyear.
