Connected & Autonomous Vehicles - I developed a Green Light Optimised Speed Advisory System for the A2/M2 and Smart Mobility Living Lab: London projects, as well as consulting on network and communications design. I successfully implemented a GLOSA service for industry led testing events.Ultra Low Emission Zone Expansion (ULEX) - I consulted for the telecommunications strategy of ULEX, and assessing requirements for supplier negotiations. I recommended a 4G based strategy to dramatically reduce line installation costs per site.CCTV - I created a CCTV design specification for the new Waterloo City Hub bus station, including a new IP based Network Video Recording system, improving on outdated requirements to account for General Data Protection Regulation.

Asset Management Directorate Technology Team - I designed, programmed and constructed a portable traffic light system driven by a Raspberry Pi. This system was intended for use at demonstrations and press events, but was also used to validate an audio based traffic light countdown system prototype.AMD Performance & Maintenance - I was involved primarily with the maintenance of onsite detection equipment with the Supplementary Works team. I also led projects working with external stakeholders, involving the moving/removal of traffic equipment.Buses Technical Services Group - I researched the potential interference of GPS signals caused by GSM and UTMS transmissions, specifically its effect on the location accuracy of the iBus system. I also completed a report on environmental monitoring and its priority when considering the future applications of iBus.Piccadilly Line Interim Control Upgrade - I designed and constructed a control board for use in a signalling control room. I managed a project to install Train Number Boards at South Harrow Underground Station. This included assembling a team and leading a night install at the rail sidings in accordance with London Underground’s health and safety policy
