As Vice President of Program Management, my role included program manager and account manager for multiple large-scale banking and auto industry companies.My duties as Program Manager included overseeing several simultaneous product streams, some dependent on one another and others independent of the rest. I directed my team to follow Agile methodologies using the Scrum framework.As an Account Manager, I partnered with my clients focusing on long-term success. I continuously developed new and existing relationships connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. As an expert in our offerings, I established working relationships between the customer and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the customer's needs.

As Product Owner of eight separate applications, I utilized my expertise in Agile methodology to direct and execute the release strategy for each product. In addition, I shepherded all external product dependencies to collaborative success. The product suite worked together, bringing to life Next Generation Infotainment to our customers.

As Principal Web Developer, I focused on producing clean, re-usable, standards-compliant code, providing our customers with the best user experience possible. In addition, I was the Product Owner for the GoToWebinar product, responsible for the product life-cycle management, UX and product backlog, roadmap, releases, business model, market research, and overall product vision and leadership.

As Manager of Web Development, I employed Agile Methodologies, Lean Thinking Principals, and sound coding practices as a basis for my team of Web Developers. As a hands-on “working” manager, I lead by example, integrating with the team and establishing redundant quality skill sets to produce consistent, high-quality, standards-compliant products.

As Staff Web Developer, I lead the Web Development group, responsible for technical and personnel leadership. Under my direction, my team was responsible for most product releases of diverse scope and complexity. I produced solutions to our most complex design and Web development-related problems through independent judgment, creativity, and ingenuity. In leadership, I determined various methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinated those assignments for my team.

As Senior Web Developer, my responsibilities consisted of overall development of front-end code and production of Web pages and sites, identifying new approaches to development, creating prototypes and providing technical direction and guidance to less senior developers. I focused on the user experience and front-end architecture for all our Web sites.

As an HTML Producer, my responsibilities consisted of using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and WebMacro to match conceptual mock-ups and navigational prototypes for our Web sites.
