I dislike leaving anything unfinished, except I’ve taught my son it is fine to leave food on his plate.I dislike spending time alone, but when I do, I find I’m very productive. I dislike knowing I have ten books plotted but only two completely finished (and one published short story), yet the town of Marion’s Corner (fictional town where stories are set) keeps sending more ideas my way.I can’t stand to grocery shop, yet will spend hours meal planning and list creating, and usually cook a pretty great meal because I’ve been flexible enough to change it up when something has sat hidden in the fridge a tad too long.I don’t eat meat but the love of cheese, all things cheese, keeps me from going completely vegetarian.I hate to leave my family for long stints, but I love to travel for work and for play.I don’t drink soft drinks and try to stay away from plastic bottles of all sorts.I don’t mind helping others figure out social media, marketing, and publicity, because these are things I do know, and I’ve learned most of it from the Internet and trying it to see what happens.I don’t have three etiquette books on my shelf I have more than four, these I have read from cover to cover.I don’t cheer for any college team except the University of South Carolina Fighting Gamecocks, and I holler so loudly for them during football season that my dogs spend the second half of televised games hiding under my bed.I don’t practice Yoga as often as I should.I don’t like the Oxford comma, but I use it.
