Facilitate annual open enrollment, including educating and communicating with staff.- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with vendors, brokers, internal stakeholders, and claims representatives. - Lead the Safety Initiative, developed in 2019 lowering our work comp medical claims by 70% in one year and our EM by 44% over three years, ultimately saving our organization $35,000+ annually in insurance premiums.PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT- Conduct training needs analysis to identify training and development gaps. Perform evaluations and follow up with action plans.- Write and deliver performance improvement and coaching plans.
