Responsible for providing oversight and expertise to public affairs or program managers, providing advice on technology, usability, and accessibility; resolving complex problems with respect to technological development; feasibility of web site design/usability. Schedules, plans and manages assignments from conception through completion. Monitors, analyzes, and reports on web site statistics and other means related to performance measures. Supervises a staff of web developers and content managers working on information architecture, web design, and technical infrastructure. Performs supervisory duties, ranging from developing performance standards and writing evaluations to counseling/disciplining staff.

Lead designer for NETL Internet web site with expert knowledge of HTML & Javascript programming. Headed a major web redesign and implementation of existing web pagesinto the Collage Content Management System. Developed templates and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) beneficial in meeting standards compliance and basic accessibility.Demonstrated expertise providing effective on-line solutions. Created interactive interface design elements for web related work.

Development, programming, maintenance, and enhancement of Internet & Intranet websites for the government as well as for SAIC.
