I'm a writer with a background in marketing (pre- and post-social media).My marketing career spans over 20 years including international managerial positions with Nike and adidas. Since 2000 I have worked primarily in online marketing and communications, latterly with my own consultancy business. I am an experienced writer, conference speaker and trainer, a technology early adopter and an original thinker who enjoys working with forward-looking businesses and individuals.Writer and author: I have written hundreds of articles for both print and online publications, business & trade press and blogs, as well as copy for print marketing, email newsletters, Facebook pages, social profiles etc, B2B and B2C. My first book 'Blogging for Creatives' was commissioned by Ilex/F+W in 2012 and was followed by two more titles. I have also written two Twitter 'how-to' manuals.Poet: I have had four short collections published, two of which were competition winners, the most recent, 'Why? And other questions' (Live Canon, 2019). My work has been widely published in poetry journals and won national competitions & awards.
