• Led a small team of testers to test and deliver Management Information (MI) reports for multiple software releases and clients. The MI solution used SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL.
• Worked with testers and developers to create and maintain a bespoke test automation solution for quantitative testing of reports and database values.
• Wrote test documentation, including test plans and test summary reports for all software releases I was responsible for.

I help plan a balanced program over the year, this includes days out and camps which requires detailed planning and risk assessments to be done. Additionally I take a key role in the running of games, general discipline and badge work. I often arrange meetings with other cub leaders as well as other leaders from different sections to make sure that the.

From my internship, I was offered a position of work which was fulfilled in August 2011. This change led to more responsibilities and customer interaction.Additional responsibilities included running stock, sales, and return audits, as well as repair audits. Exchanges, Refunds and basic cash management were also allocated.

small customer interaction with the main basis of my role being to diagnose the problems on customer computers and repairing the problem if possible. A few common examples of jobs I complete are: system restores, virus removal, system optimisation, resetting BIOS passwords, hardware upgrades and building and re-building computers.

Customer service is a priority. I am trained in various areas, including tills, information desk and operations team. this enables me to do anything from price changes to customer refunds and more. My main area is the sales floor which means I am a part of a team responsible for store standards to make sure it is neat, and making sure all the stock.

My main role was serving customers on the till and sorting postage on items, both royal mail and DHL.Other roles included cleaning, pricing stock, tidying up the shop, and odd jobs such as helping fit a new floor for the shop or fixing and optimising the computer for its uses.
