I work along side of managers in creating environments that support their team members to flourish and provides them with a sense of belonging and am a big opponent of policies that are created to manage mediocre performance.Difficult conversations are a part of managing people; I collaborate closely with managers to ensure that their team members leave any difficult conversation with their morale and self-esteem intact and trust that their leader has their best interest in mind.I thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment, as one point of view will never produce exceptional results. I fill my cup up through continuously learning and challenging my own perspective; most recently I completed a Diversity & Inclusion for HR Certificate through eCornell.
