I founded Leavetrack in 2011 and had my first paying customer in the same year. Since then, I have managed the growth of Leavetrack whilst continuing to provide support to existing customers.

I am responsible for leading a team of legal, compliance, audit and health & safety professionals, providing practical, business-oriented advice to the UK, Ireland and Middle East operating companies of this large multi-national recruitment business.

Promoted to manage a team of 8 employees across risk and audit, compliance and health and safety. Additional responsibilities include the UK insurance programme and some aspects of supplier management.• Restructured the compliance function to increase alignment with operational businesses;• Led change in the risk and audit function by allocating resource to areas of most risk and “closing the circle” by using audit output to drive compliance activities through root-cause analysis;• Advised members of the UK Leadership Team on appropriate management responses to audit findings and led organisational response on audit findings;• Advised and led on the successful implementation of a project to implement a “self-employed” engagement model in one operating company;

Transferred to provide commercially oriented legal support and advice to two operating companies within the Randstad Group. Also sat as a member of the Senior Management Team for each business.• Successfully led contract negotiations on multiple high-value outsourcing projects, including cross-border work involving other countries within the Randstad Group;• Provided advice and guidance in senior management team meetings on various business-related issues.

Promoted to oversee the delivery of legal services to 13 different businesses within this large UK recruitment company with 2 direct reports. Areas of responsibility include: commercial contracts; employment advice and litigation; commercial litigation; regulatory.• Reduced annual spend on external employment advisors by 60% through more effective in-house management and more commercial approach to settlement.• Implemented formal contract review and approval process and policy for the UK businesses addressing key legal, commercial and financial risks in commercial sales contracts.

Working in a team of two providing legal support to the managed service and recruitment process outsourcing business of Randstad UK. Key achievements:- Produced an internal report mapping delivery on client accounts to contractual obligations and identifying areas where service could be adjusted to minimise cost and risk.- Devised and presented company-wide webinars on legislative matters affecting the businessincluding Agency Workers Regulations 2010 and the Data Protection Act 1998.

Senior manager in the Group Legal Services department with particular responsibility for recruiting, training, motivating and managing a team of one solicitor and three litigation paralegals and acting as a business relationship manager for seven distinct brands within the Adecco Group. Key achievements:- Led negotiations on multiple high-profile contracts for the Group’s RPO and Managed Servicesdivisions, involving the provision of legal and commercial advice on legal implications such as TUPEand associated indemnities and warranties.- Led negotiations on several Managed Service cross-border contracts involving negotiation on behalfof other countries within the Group, ensuring all relevant local legislation is addressed and their keylegal issues are accommodated.- Addressed high number of contract submittals from a particular brand and the ensuing problems by creating standard checklist, set of precedent clauses, and online form, enabling them to conductnegotiations independently and maintain compliance with Adecco policies.- Instituted online form for submission of all instructions to the commercial litigation team, leadingto improved tracking of cases and a two-day reduction in report preparation time.

Senior advisor providing pragmatic, commercial advice on a range of legal issues affecting the Adecco Group UK & Ireland with specific responsibility for recruiting, training, motivating and managing a team of 5 litigation staff.- Created a permanent team of 5 staff to handle all debt recovery matters for the Adecco Group UK & Ireland, implementing processes and service levels with internal customers and minimising reliance on and costs for external advisors;- Worked closely with an external software provider to successfully implement a case management system in the Group Legal Services department, improving management and visibility of work within the team- Harmonised standard terms and conditions for professional contractors throughout the Adecco Group following the acquisition of Spring Group

Worked in a growing department providing general commercial and legal advice to all brands within the Adecco Group UK & Ireland. In a 2 week period, I implemented a temporary debt recovery team consisting of 8 individuals to recover a significant amount of aged debt. The use of an in-house team for debt recovery was made permanent following a four-month temporary period.
