Accountable for optimizing the financial position of our Client Experience and Digital Products Organization by overseeing the allocation of resources to align with enterprise strategies. Led complex budgeting, accounting and financial reporting practices, including IT chargeback models, flexible staffing solutions and project reporting. Led the implementation of a new TBM (Technology Business Management) capability across the organization to improve cost transparency, strengthen data-driven decision-making and mature IT cost optimization practices.Directed the financial management activities for approx. $750 million of annual spend and 4,000 resources in our organization. Full people leader accountability for a team of 20 financial professionals and resources.

Providing executive support to LTC dept head and his leadership team in the build-out and implementation of LTC vision, strategy and key admin functions (strategy, planning, org change, communication, engagement, process improvement, learning). Identified and implemented strategies and tactics to maintain and strengthen a culture of recognition and high engagement as we took our teams through a tremendous amount of change. Responsible for developing the Org Change, Communication and Training frameworks and ensuring alignment across multiple teams and $40 million of Corporate Projects. Responsible for partnering with our Planning & Sales org to deliver accurate, useful and timely communication to the field for purposes of driving field engagement and strong conviction with our LTC product line.

Served in "chief of staff" role to Controller and his leadership team to build out and implement our vision, strategy and key priorities. Led efforts to mature our planning, communication and decision-making frameworks. Identified and implemented strategies and tactics to strengthen our culture of recognition and improve engagement. Responsible for supporting approximately 125 accounting professionals with staffing, compensation, training, performance management, leadership development and operational planning. Also responsible for addressing and resolving all HR implications of the Financial Platform Strategy project, a multi-year $50 million systems implementation effort with high degree of people and process change.

Started as a cost specialist in 1999; promoted to Manager of the Expense Allocations team in 2000; asked to lead the corporate project implementation of our new Peoplesoft Allocations solution in 2001; promoted to Assistant Director of Product Allocations and Support in 2003; took on new responsibility for Cost Savings, Small Project and Large Project Governance, Oversight and Administration in 2005.
