Represented hundreds of indigent defendants in criminal cases from the time of arraignment to resolution of the charges. Cases ranged from simple misdemeanors to serious felonies i.e. felony murder, rape, arson, A-1 possession of narcotics, undercover sale of narcotics, robbery, burglary. All aspects of the criminal case were handled ~ legal research and writing, investigation, representation of client in the Grand Jury, pre-trial hearings, plea negotiations, as well as bench and jury trials to verdict.
