-Perform market, labor and competitive analysis to develop location strategy recommendations for contact center functions-Manage capital project pipeline of $50 million; align business and enterprise priorities-Drive value engineering conversations with outsourced providers and client end-users -Execute new colocation business strategy to drive operational efficiencies and increase revenue

-Lead team of 12 to deliver all real estate services (facility management, project management, leasing, etc.) in seven million square foot, 800-property portfolio-Accountable for $150 million occupancy budget including retail, office and contact center properties -Lead renegotiation efforts for outsourced property services and led transition to new service provider-Serve as point of escalation for all real estate matters-Co-lead creation of Green Lease Index for all new space acquisitions throughout enterprise, aligning ESG goals with lease RFP process

-Lead program management office to oversee nation-wide facility condition inspection program-Develop quality assurance methodology to automate testing of 25K facility condition data elements -Facilitate creation of asset priority index to inform real estate investment decisions
