As a Jr. Operations Manager, I had the responsibility of improving our courier payment system to ensure it was cost-effective, efficient, and fair to all parties. I helped out in expanding our operations to new cities in Finland. Through analyzing the profitability of our courier payments and daily operational tasks, I was able to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that resulted in increased efficiency and cost savings for the company.
