Current*Oversee the entire human resources operations for three entities that include 350 employees across multiple states.*Successfully revamped the benefit offerings for the three entities and was an integral part in becoming and maintaining our compliance status due to healthcare reform.*Manage the entire company wide employee benefit function to include the maintenance of the broker relationship, annual benefit renewal, annual open enrollment meetings and education, day to day maintenance of the plans and monthly billing reconciliation for the medical, dental, vision, telemedicine and life and disability benefits.*Spearheaded the complete overhaul of the employee handbooks for exempt and non-exempt employees.*Streamlined the Family Medical Leave and Short-Term Disability benefits.*Successfully implemented and continually maintain the Maryland Healthy Working Families Act that went into effect in February of 2018.*Successfully spearheaded, implemented and continually maintain the Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) leave options for employees.*Oversee employee relations and work closely with management to ensure all applicable rules and regulations are being followed. *Worked closely with management to revamp and implement the new hire on-boarding and training processes and procedures.*Assist in the payroll operations for the three entities.
