During 30+ years in the Dallas legal, business, and nonprofit communities, Robin has been a practicing lawyer, in-house counsel, an executive, and a client. She has managed boards for companies transitioning from private to public and directed changes in board structure and governance.Robin has served at law firms, public and private companies, grant-making foundations, and a certified community development financial institution. Her experiences in these organizations included board management, business strategies and plans, exit strategies, investor and funder relations, operations, and finance, purchase, sale, and management of real estate assets.Robin received her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Her current law practice focuses on growth strategies for smaller organizations, including nonprofits seeking new revenue models.Robin currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Housing Forward (fka Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance), serving as Secretary and chairing its Nominating and Governance Committee.
