As a member of the State of Connecticut's Emergency Support Function #6 Food Working Group, participated in statewide meetings to coordinate Connecticut's response to combat hunger and get food to people during the immediate COVID Response. Organized farmer's market leaders in five New England states to leverage Federal legislative and administrative pressure points to save the farmer’s market SNAP doubling programs in our states. Working with the State Department of Agriculture and Food Pantry leaders in Connecticut, developed the Full Shelves Initiative program, a system changing proposal for food pantries to leverage their collective purchasing power. The proposal was awarded a $250,000 innovation grant for implementation. Developed a new outreach strategy to reestablish our national and statewide presence by revamping all communications efforts, including redesigning and launching a new website, revamping outreach materials, and increasing social media visibility.

Managed a $90,000 budget and financial operations for the organization.I then assisted with merger of Albany Juniors with North Country Juniors to form North Country Albany Juniors, 2004. In 2006, I helped develop The Great Nor’Easter tournament which featured 96 teams from 5 states and 3 Canadian Provinces. In 2006-07, 70 athletes from 24 different school districts are participating on seven travel teams. I also served as a Head Coach in the organization.
