Designed the infrastructure used in several key initiatives for the Output Services organization, including the accurate tracking and reporting of postal payments and client billing. Also participated in cost cutting measures involving the integration of third party middleware into the existing system architecture to offload mainframe processing and improve efficiencies on the operations floor. The infrastructure is comprised of client server architecture using Windows 2003 and Unix based PCs, Oracle DBMS and Direct Connect for file transfers. Supporting applications were written in VB 6.0, C# using VS2008, Unix shell scripts, PL/SQL and stored procedures.

My primary responsibility was to focus on the design, implementation and testing of Call Interactive (CI) products used by CI's top clients in the Financial, Brokerage and Insurance industries. In addition, I consulted on the designs of customized applications that required solutions which supported Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) technology and dynamic program changes via rule-based tables. My duties included leading cross-functional teams through implementation, conducting design, code and testing walk-throughs with the appropriate departments, training Project Analysts on newly developed systems and technologies used in support of CI business, and developing web services to support the exchange of data with external clients using Visual Studio .NET.

Working in the Application Outsourcing unit of Accenture, I was assigned to the First Data Output Services department which is responsible for cardholder paper correspondence that is printed, processed, and released into the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for delivery to customers' cardholders. I was responsible for outsourcing tasks including Knowledge Transfer (KT) and acquiring remote access to FDC systems for both onshore and offshore resources.
