R. Leah O’Shell embodies a versatile blend of roles, ranging from Business Process Consultant and Software Engineer to Product/Project Manager, Developer, Systems Analyst and Information Architect. Her journey in the tech realm began in the early 1990s after earning an Associate of Science in Computer Art & Design from RSCC and launching her career at the Learning Company. She later earned her BA in Communications (Specializing in Film) from William Paterson University in 2004, when she founded Aeon Media LLC.In 2010, Aeon Media LLC evolved into Aeon Development Group, a testament to the organization's growth and expanding horizons. At the helm of Aeon Development Group, O’Shell holds the position of CEO, wearing multiple hats as the lead engineer for both ConnexAeon and Flow Aeon platforms, and actively contributing as an engineer to LMX Systems.Her unwavering focus centres entirely on the world of software engineering for Aeon Development Group and product engineering across various Aeon divisions.
