As the End to End Business Owner of a Large Business Revenue Data Mart I had a variety of responsibilities: Data analysis, Problem Solving , Critical Thinking, Quality/Process Improvement, End User Testing, Project Management, Documentation and TrainingHere are some of my achievements in these areas:* Performed Data Analysis on Repair Ticket Assignments to improve Customer’s Experience. Identified gaps in the existing process for quick resolution and documented other findings for long term fixes. Reduced misdirection of tickets by 70%. * Problem Solving :Identified 19 issues in a Process and Report unifying a customer’s data. Detailed review of process indicated some triggers were never turned on, other triggers were never tested for completeness. Additional rules and code was required to be added for unification of records. I documented, tracked and tested each item found and in nine months I was able to increase the unification rate 26%, from 73% to 99%..* Critical Thinking : Managed and Supported the addition of new data elements in Database to house attributes critical for contract review and enforcement, to replace a decommissioned process. Shifting of data to support two group’s conflicting contract requirements was necessary, and validating end user functionality of both groups process was an integral part of the resolution. Both processes had a 100% success rate with end users.* Process Improvement: Created a bi-weekly analysis query to identify list of records missing an entity assignment. The query also found issue where records could appear in feed from more than once. This caused duplication of revenue in the front end GUI and therefore rules needed to be changed to include rules for precedence in our joins to the data. It also spotlighted records dropped due to missing name and address, or records which were never loaded to the hierarchy tool. The process improved the weekly entity assignments included in the file each week by 35%.
