Company: VLV Pte Ltd, Au Chocolate Pte Ltd, Catalunya Pte Ltd, Tony’s Pizza Pte Ltd & Mummyfique Pte Ltd Reporting to the CEO, overall in charge of the Human Resource & Training Management as follows:• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, budgeting, employee welfare, employee wellness program, payroll and other HR related matters.• Review, develop and implement company HR policies, procedures and guidelines to be in-line with Group HR practices. At the same time, ensure those policies and guidelines are in place with local statutory requirement and Employment Act.• Support full activity of Human Resources; including resourcing & retention, compensation & benefits, employee communication & engagement, performance & talent management, learning & development and HR administration• Implementation of fair practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of HR functions.• Diagnose Human Resource needs of internal customers and provide advice on the best approach to manage Human Resource related issues.• To review, develop and implementation of HR learning & development policies, plans, processes and programmes to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organizational goals and objectives and market trends and competitiveness.• Identify training gaps and source for suitable training resources / courses to bridge the deficiencies and aid career development.• Review training materials and execute programs to develop skills and impart organisational practices and policies by utilising various learning methods.• Employment induction and orientation programme• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
