In addition, created new positions to ensure opportunities for growth and invited senior staff to join Leadership Meetings to ensure well-rounded perspectives.• Directly supervised the Rape Recovery Team members, including advocates, prevention staff, forensic nurses, and interns/volunteers.• Participated in the strategic plan with the Board of Directors to align WCJ with long-term goals.• Ensure compliance with minimum standards for service provision in accordance with the guidelines offered by the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence, resulting in recertification every two years since 2013.• Managed 8 different grants and oversaw a program budget of roughly $1.5 million. -
