Providing production support for all HRIS supported applications/systems including Lawson, Kronos, Oracle Fusion Applications, Taleo, Healthstream, Evercheck, as well as functional and regulatory knowledge related to Benefits, Payroll, Leave of Absence and Human Resources. Manages implementation of projects including full discovery of business needs and requirement, project plan creation, development of testing protocols, creating and maintaining required documentation, coordinating efforts with affected departments and team members, system configuration, training and support materials, ensuring successful project completion/implementation.Develops data integrity protocols between HR, Payroll, IT, and HR customers to ensure integrity of HR data systems.Consults with HR, Payroll and other internal departments to evaluate data reporting needs and opportunities. Analyzes and reports data to assist internal customers in making data-based business decisions.Serves as a resource to junior analysts and other team members, providing technical guidance and training as well as professional mentoring.
