I joined Boeing in 2007 as a contracted Manufacturing Engineer/Planner and went direct in 2008. In 2010, I was loaned to the M.E. Academy as a trainer and transferred to the LTD department in 2011 as an Employee Development Specialist, training incoming Manufacturing Engineers/Planners on how to read Boeing airplane specifications and how to write work orders for the mechanics on the factory floor. I assisted in the redefining of the course curriculum, managed classrooms of up tot 14 students, prepared students for testing and recorded grades. In addition, I taught continuing M.E. courses that required yearly recertification.As a Manufacturing Engineer/Planner, I was responsible for creating and maintaining bill of materials (BOMs) and work instructions to define and document as-built configurations of airplane. Researched and resolved build and non-conformance issues with new aircraft. Created Emergent Events, and revisions to Shop Operating Instructions for factory mechanics to physically make repairs and revisions to airplane in conformance with FAA-approved procedures. Interacted with internal customer base to resolve all repair and non-conformance issues.

Created Continuing Medical Education (CME) materials utilizing transcripts received from medical symposia. Formatted all materials with Microsoft Office suite of applications as well as Adobe illustration and publication software. Responsible for front office organization and procedures including staffing; interfaced with internal and external customer base as well as supporting the printing needs of contributing authors. Frequently made presentations to outside Medical Community Associations in fundraising efforts for specialty medical books.
