I am a seasoned insurance executive with a deep domain background in property & casualty insurance. My career began as a claims representative trainee after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University. I continued my insurance career by doing “almost every job from Claim Rep Trainee to Claims VP.” I have worked for multiple carriers and TPAs along with a managed care company during my formative industry days. I concluded the first phase of my career with the position of Divisional Vice President of Claims. After devoting many years as a multi-line claims professional, I decided to execute a significant career pivot to become an insurance consultant. In this role, I have helped our clients with completing current state assessments, designing future state strategies, defining Target Operating Models along with executing insurance platform implementations. I completed my career in the consulting world as the Global Head of Claims for Capgemini’s Insurance Practice. I am currently the Chief Insurance Officer for CLARA Analytics.
