Recruited to play key role in resolving data issues for major customer Safway’s business-critical Infor M3 manufacturing ERP implementation. Secured over $10 million in savings for Safway by effectively resolving major data integrity problems within challenging deadline, and without requiring outside consulting assistance. Installed and developed Infor ION integrations for 3 other major customers, ensuring on-time, on budget delivery.

Served as key leadership force for enterprise-wide technical initiatives from requirements gathering to strategic planning, documentation, and implementation. Led conversion of Stanford Healthcare materials management system from McKesson to Lawson. Spearheaded supply chain operations integration for Stanford Healthcare, stepping in to resolve bottlenecks after several prior in-house attempts. Developed 3 new intuitive interfaces for freight management, receiving adjustments, and accounts payable within challenging 10-day deadline. Optimized over 60 enterprise-wide data interfaces for Bon Secours Health System. Led transition of North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System to PeopleSoft Materials Management, directing development of new PAR Excellence system.
