In my capacity as Delivery Director, I bore final responsibility for all implementations of the complete Raet HR Cloud Solutions software portfolio from both a qualitative and financial perspective. These implementations, as programmes, projects and (smaller) processes, took place at all Raet customers inside the not-for-profit sectors of government, care and education, and the commercial market.

I was seconded from Logica as an E-HRM Project Leader at the Custodial Institutions Agency (DJI). There, I was responsible for the implementation of E-HRM within the DJI, where I supervised ten professionals.
