As Hotel Manager for Yanqi Island & Boutique Hotels Beijing- Overall running 13 boutique hotels with 298 rooms, plus 1 Conference Center and 1 Gallery (totally 170,000.00㎡ of building area plus 705 acres garden)- Was instrumental for the handling of several large international Governmental meetings, including APEC, Understanding China, G20 Technology Ministerial Meeting , G20 Energy Ministerial Meeting and One Belt One Road Summit, as well as most unique weddings and MICE functions within this exceptional destination.- Play key role in daily operation- Been fully involved in the preparation, operation and organization for large international event- Successfully serving the APEC meeting on Nov 11, 2014. All the service teams have received very good comments from 21 presidents including Chairman Xi, Obama and Putin, plus all delegations from abroad and domestic. Such as furniture, VA system, flower, decoration etc.- Monitor Tea Breaks plus Lunch for Presidents and all delegations from different countries on event day. - Cooperate with military and PSB to ensure none security situation occurred during whole period- Ensure variety of system without any failure, including VA, A/C, transportation, power and so on.

- Successfully opened 1st Hyatt Regency in China.- Oversee management for the whole hotel & entertainment project in Chongming Shanghai.- Organize monthly & quarterly owner meeting with hotel or corporate team to share information or fix concern issue- Over the operating budget 1million after hotel opening 3 month basic on accurate strategy and action on pre-opening PR and promotion in the marketing.- Assist VP to oversee the hotel department operation- Involved in MC negotiation with different Management group, such as Hyatt, Starwood, etc. - Involved in the early design and engineering solutions during hotel pre-opening- Cooperated with other department in key office in order to provide enough support to different hotels, such as pre-opening support, hotel document obtain, hotel hand over, central procurement, FC audit, HR support, Fire & Sec control etc.- Integrate advantageous resource to hotel in order to improve the performance, for example: bring luxury brand as tenants; cooperate with more vendors in order to create more activities and events in hotels; online marketing; etc.- Having regular communication meeting with different hotels so that clear instruction is shared and the solution is implemented efficiently.- Implement necessary audit including FC, S&M, F&B etc- Maintain government relationship.- Involved in hotels BP & Budget approve.
