I grew up in the Midwest, completed my BS in Biology and began working in the veterinary industry. I worked as a tech and them moved into hospital management. After 9 years in that industry, I opted to go the route of entrepreneur and opened That's My Dog! Inc in 1998That's My Dog! Inc. developed into the premier dog training/board/daycare service in the Dubuque, IA, tri-state area. I sold that company in December 2021. In January 2022, I opened YDH Enterprises, Inc., which provides consulting services for professional dog trainers and team training workshops. I continue to assist dog owners through virtual coaching and occasionally in-person clients. Additionally, I am a content developer and consultant to manufacturers within the dog training industry. Specialties: Communication, coaching, writing, leadership, and motivating others to achieve more than they think possible.
