I have been a full time real estate professional for 29 years, serving clients throughout the South Shore. During this period I have been among the top producing Duxbury agents. For the past 3 years Team Hallowell Devnew ranked has been ranked in the top 5 producers in Duxbury MA. One of the skills that’s helped me is my accounting background, especially with statistics. I stay focused on what happening in the market, from both a quantitative and qualitative standpoint, to bring my clients a full picture of the marketplace.I’ve lived on the South Shore for over 44 years and am a long-time resident of Duxbury. My husband David and I raised our children in the Duxbury School system, and are strong supporters of its many programs, especially the Duxbury Education Foundation where I served as president. That knowledge of the school system is helpful in working with clients who are attracted to the vibrant Duxbury community and its schools. I am also a breast cancer survivor, and have both and supported and participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, having raised over $20,000 for this important charity.The real estate market can be complex, but by leveraging social media and posting those insights regularly to my blog, I help both buyers and sellers stay informed about what’s going on in the marketplace and community events.
