Empowering women, youth and families to make healthy decision about their health and well-being is what I love! Leading a team of 19 employees to provide medical services, health education, and material resources in a warm and empowering atmosphere is what I do every day. I believe everyone deserves the tools necessary to become independent, healthy, and successful individuals. Over the past 9 years, I have led the team through many changes. We took our patient files electronically, rewrote all of our policies and procedures placing risk management protocols in place, expanded our services, moved to a new facility with all new equipment, created new partnerships within the non-profit sector, and formed a development team that has increased our donor base.My areas of expertise include:Strategic Planning, organization, volunteer management, community outreach, public speaking, event planning, fundraising, donor relations, Board management, and leadership.
