I am also happy to provide preliminary advice to clients who are thinking of investing in property by carrying out a pre-purchase survey and appraisal.

The core service provided is to carry out access audits or access assessments of existing or proposed buildings respectively. These access reports advise the building owner, manager or designer how accessible their premises are for disabled people. Having carried out the "on site"​ audit or "off plan" assessment of the building, we then prepare a report which informs our Clients on how to improve access which will enable disabled people to find, enter and use the facilities provided within. Apart from increasing the usability of the building, implementation of the recommendations in the report helps our Clients to comply with their duties and obligations under the Equality Act.
