Lead and organize walk through meetings to review project roadmaps with enterprise stakeholders and project teams. Identified risks/issues; reviewed Operation Readiness and Implementation plans to ensure that all initiatives adhere to the release process and procedures.Successfully led Operational Readiness implementation of mission critical multiple Infrastructure for large and complex and strategic projects with agile and waterfall methodologies.Managed the development of multiple project plans with Business Line PMO to to track critical paths, task completion, late tasks, risk and issues. Coordinated the activities of assigned projects with Technical SMEs. Responsible for ensuring compliance with enterprise wide governance policies including: Design Assurance, Information Security, Risk/Disaster Recovery, Risk Monitoring, Production Assurance, Production Readiness, Change Management.Possess strong leadership skills with business lines, SMEs and technical groups to determine essential requirements, manage expectations, and provide project updates. Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, other PMs and SMEs.Responsible for project life cycle documentation (PDLC, TCF, Connect4Change) including all regulatory and governance required artifacts.Work with all facets of Production Readiness, including enterprise and technical stakeholders. Subjects of review include: Information Security, Project Management, Help Desk, Production Assurance, Change Management, Response Monitoring, Design, Disaster Recovery Team, Business Resilience, Desktop/Desk side support.Conducted regular presentations to Senior Management, maintain project plain, updated RAID.
