Robin founded the award-winning executive search firm MeeDerby in 1988 which serves the staffing industry and workforce solutions ecosystem and today serves as CEO. Robin led her tenured team to revenue growth of 13.5% in 2023, 6% in 2022 and over 80% in 2021. She is an ardent supporter of remote officing, and has led MeeDerby remotely for over 15 years.
