Worked for DavisBaldwin prior to its being acquired by Wachovia. Created an internal third party claims administration unit to handle General Liability claims initially for Outback Steakhouse, the agency's (then) largest client. Ultimately managed the department and sold the services to other large deductible/self-insured companies, resulting in a nearly $1M profit center.

I started my career as a field adjuster and handled automobile damage and bodily injury claims. I was promoted to the Claims Management Training program and ultimately to Branch Claims Supervisor.
