Worked at this independent restaurant chain based in the San Francisco Bay Area while at college earning business degree. Initially worked as a server and was later selected to be an integral part of the management team in the flagship location opened in San Francisco in 2004.

Leveraging experience as a theatrical producer in New York, helped launch this theater company in Florida dedicated to presenting educational theater for young audiences focused on environmental issues.

Started this independent entertainment production company to support a theatre group that I both performed in and wrote for called, “Bangers ‘n Mash.”• Staged and performed in over 20 different shows for “Bangers ‘n Mash” • Sold-out runs at top tier theatrical and cabaret venues in New York City• “Bangers ‘n Mash” nominated for the Manhattan Association of Cabarets (MAC) award for Outstanding Comedy Show• Short film, “Editing is Everything,” won Best Comedy at Shorts International Film Festival (1999) and overall winner at Telluride Indie Film Festival
