- Introduced procedures and selected technology to stabilize outdated 18+ year-old store systems in over 200 stores allowing it to operate well beyond its life expectancy.- Managed $16 million project to implement all new software, point-of-sale equipment and wireless infrastructure in 220 stores. - Successfully negotiated installation contract from initial bids, which resulted in a savings of $5 million and reduced implementation time by over 50%.- Successfully negotiated hardware procurement contract, ultimately saving $1 million in cost.- Worked with third party processors and financial institutions to certify gift cards, credit & debit cards, phone cards and third-party gift cards and ensure PCI compliance.- Ensured new system compliance with Inventory Information Acceptance Standards which allowed the acceptance of Flexible Spending Account /Health Savings Account cards. -Successfully, managed project team responsible for opening 15 new stores and pharmacies.

- Developed requirements and return on investment analysis for successful completion of the company’s first network connectivity between stores and corporate offices, resulting in reduced fees for credit card processing.- Gathered and documented requirements for improved rain-check processing that verified if an item qualified or could be combined with current orders, reducing abuse and cost while improving customer service.- Provided loss prevention and store management with the ability to research potential cashier misconduct or mislabeled merchandise by developing requirements for cashier prompts to enter reason codes when reducing the price of an item.- Worked with the tax department to gather requirements that resulted in the creation of a needed report for government filing on the Tax Free Holidays.- As well as mentored fellow Business Analyst.
