The Risk Management Institute of Australasia (RMIA) is the professional institution and industry association for Risk Managers in the Asia Pacific region.In my capacity serving as an Independent Director on the RMIA Board I provided strategic advice and oversight of the marketing and communications activities of the organisation.

A strategic role reporting directly to Chubb's Australia & New Zealand Country President and leading a team of marketing and communications professionals.Responsibilities include brand management, marketing activities, internal communications and external communications.

Part of a global project bringing social networking tools to Chubb via a social intranet for 30,000 employees. I'm responsible for supporting Chubb business operations across 12 Asia Pacific countries and encouraging 6,000 employees in the region to develop their social business skills. Community Management at Chubb is about fostering a more collaborative work environment, boosting knowledge sharing and innovation, solving challenges and enabling the business to achieve greater productivity.
