As an innovator, I think out-of-the-box and I enjoy starting new initiatives and gain traction with stakeholders and customers.In my 20 years experience as a coastal engineering consultant, I developed strong skills in managing, advising and collaborating with both my customers and my team members.People appreciate in me my enthusiasm, passion, inspiration, strong sense for quality, communication skills and team spirit.My technical coastal engineering experience includes multi-scale numerical modelling of coastal hydrodynamics, dredge plumes and outfalls. I focus on advanced modelling techniques such as the coupling of near field and far field models used in recirculation studies for (seawater) intakes and outfalls and dredge plume studies. Furthermore, I am past-Chair of the IAHR/IWA Marine Outfall Committee.
