Invited to join a small engineering team focused on developing the next generation of automotive LiDAR sensors to enable the next generation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) through the Mavin product. ∙ Joined in the early stages of the Mavin product development, immediately leveraging my knowledge of laser systems to facilitate more rapid development.∙ Tasked with gathering key requirements, designing, and implementing data collection on the laser subsystem; enabling the optics team to validate their optical models.∙ Leadership recognized the impact of the system validation setup, and requested that I duplicated it with our German subsidiary unlocking their ability to certify the safety of the Mavin product in the European market.
