I was an active member for nearly my entire time as a student at Hampshire. Starting with cash register shifts, I took on more roles and responsibilities with time, including finances, interior management, file organization, documentation, website maintenance, outreach and communications, and being a liaison between the group and Hampshire College Administration. As the only senior member remaining in Mixed Nuts following Hampshire's population decline due to its 2019 financial controversy and the COVID-19 pandemic, I developed a centralized documentation system for the group (the "Mixed Nuts Wiki") which I used to train an influx of new members, and which is still helpful to the group today!▶︎ Served on 3 internal committees: Finance, Organizational, Interior Management▶︎ Attended close to 100 group meetings, and facilitated many of them, including meeting note taking▶︎ Trained 15 new members in the Fall 2021 semester in store operations▶︎ Created a database of over 100 products sold in the store, keeping track of stock status, product numbers, and product tags, making it easy to reorder▶︎ Wrote and organized dozens of pages of documentation of the group's practices and operating procedures into a cohesive company manual and essential reference tool
