About Robin Noma'Aea

As CEO of SKY, I bring over 30 years of experience in hotel, gaming, and contact center operations. Throughout my career, I've been part of over 20 hotel and casino openings, from boutique hotels to large hotel-casinos, both nationally and internationally.I started my journey in the hospitality industry as a valet parking attendant out of high school and have done just about every job in both the front-of-house and back-of-house of a hotel. My focus is on process optimization, maximizing technologies, and leadership.I thrive on the service side of the business and love "coaching up" those around me, while also being a tech enthusiast who masters any new technology. I'm comfortable toggling between both the creative and analytical sides of my brain.My entry into the contact center industry came while working on various projects with Caesars Entertainment. I took on the challenge of consolidating the western region hotel reservation departments into one regional center and also integrated the casino services, spa, and restaurant departments. After the Harrah's merger, I oversaw the consolidation of all Harrah's properties into the center, managing everything from standardizing processes and procedures to overseeing construction.I was honored with the Caesar's Worldwide Emperor's Award for Creative Management for the Performance Management Program I created and implemented, and our team received the Contact Center of Excellence Award from Purdue University and Benchmark Portal.After speaking at various industry conferences, I decided to start consulting, helping companies create or consolidate their contact centers, including projects with Station Casinos, Vegas.com, and Telus.In 2008, I founded Zephyr Partners, partnering with hotels and other industries for virtual contact center services.
