After a sabbatical having taken voluntary redundancy from KPMG in 2010 I've set up Xatho Ltd, and offer fitness training, nordic walking, running, GP exercise referral, health and wellness, kayak coaching, events and trips. Plus web design.In my time off I broke a Guinness World Record, for distance paddled in 24 hours paddling in a dragon boat. I I also did various paddling courses. I've also qualified as a personal trainer (REPS level 3) and qualified to teach these as well: Group Indoor Cycling, Circuits, Training Outdoors, GP Exercise Referral, Nordic Walking Instructor as well as an English Athletics Leader in Running Fitness.I was in the GB Grand Dragons team who won 2 silever medals at the EU Championships in 2012. I hope to represent my country again in dragon boating at the world championships inHungary, July 2013. I am also Head Coach at Hemel Hempstead Canoe Club.I was was runner up Dacorum Community Coach of the year 2010 for my paddling coaching.
